Sterling Equities’ newest property acquisition is a 200,000 SF facility located at 999 Stewart Avenue in Bethpage, New York. Among the vast amounts of building rehabilitations, the new building signage will boast this property as Sterling Corporate Center, making this the first of Sterling Equities’ properties to bear its corporate name. Sterling is rolling out a capital program which includes improvements such as a renovated main lobby, cafeteria, common areas, and bathrooms. Wachtler Knopf Equities, which currently manages several other properties in Sterling Equities’ portfolio across Long Island, has been contracted to manage Sterling Corporate Center. |
